Registering, approval and managing your account
Select Register your account, choose the option that describes your work, and complete the registration steps. Provide the requested account information and verification documents, then submit your registration for pharmacy review.
Choose one of the three options: aesthetics practitioner who does not prescribe; prescriber who does not perform aesthetics treatments; or prescriber who also performs aesthetics treatments. The first creates a clinic/customer account. Both prescribing options create a prescriber account.
Yes. Select “I am an Aesthetics Practitioner that does not Prescribe”. Your account remains subject to pharmacy approval. A prescription order must use an appropriately linked and approved prescriber.
Yes. Select “I am a Prescriber but I do not perform aesthetics treatments”. Provide your professional registration information and the required verification documents for review.
Yes. Select “I am a Prescriber and an Aesthetics Practitioner”. This creates a prescriber account and records that you also perform aesthetics treatments.
Have your contact and address details ready, together with photo ID, proof of address and current medical insurance with its expiry date. Provide the professional information requested by your registration form. Prescribers must also provide the required professional registration details.
No. Registration does not automatically approve your account or unlock restricted categories. The pharmacy reviews your account and documents, and any required training evidence must also be approved.
Sign in to My Account and check the account status. Your Documents page also shows verification information. Account-status notifications may be sent to your registered email address, so check that address and its junk folder.
The pharmacy reviews account applications before approval. We will confirm our usual review timescale here; please contact us if you need an update on an application.
Check that your registration is complete and that all requested documents have been supplied. Review any messages in My Account or your email. Contact the pharmacy if you are unsure what is outstanding.
Check the account message and any review reason shown in My Account. Your account may need updated information or evidence before purchasing can resume. Contact the pharmacy if the next step is unclear.
No. The onboarding questionnaire is optional. You can choose Skip for now. Skipping does not replace the required registration or verification documents and does not itself approve your account.
Go to My Account → Account Details → Onboarding. Open the existing questionnaire to complete or update the information available to your account.
Open My Account and sign in with your registered account details. Use the password-reset option if you cannot remember your password.
Use the lost-password link on the sign-in page. Follow the instructions sent to your account email address. Check your junk folder and contact the pharmacy if you cannot access that email account.
Go to My Account → Account Details. Use the Contact, Address and Practice sections to update the editable information, then select Save changes. Some approved professional details need the pharmacy’s assistance to change.
Go to My Account → Account Details. Update your email in Contact, or use the Password tab to enter your current password and a new password, then save your changes.
Use the Billing or Shipping address controls in My Account. The registered contact address in Account Details is separate; changing it does not automatically change the addresses used for orders.
Approved professional identity details are protected from direct editing. Contact the pharmacy if your profession, registration number or regulator needs correcting. Other read-only information may record the original registration or an existing order.
Orders shows purchases made through your account. Prescription Status shows the prescription progress available to you. Prescribers use their dashboard’s Prescription requests tab to complete requests assigned to them.
Try the password-reset option first. If your email address is incorrect, you no longer have access to it, or the account remains inaccessible, contact the pharmacy so the team can help verify and resolve the issue.
Open My Account → Prescribers. Use the available search or invitation option to connect the appropriate prescriber. Check the relationship status and select an active linked prescriber as your preferred prescriber where appropriate.
A prescriber receiving an email invitation should follow its link and use the invited email address. Existing-account link requests can be reviewed under Link Requests in the prescriber dashboard. Account approval and an active relationship remain separate requirements.
Yes. The person signing prescriptions needs their own approved prescriber account. A non-prescribing clinic account cannot sign prescriptions on their behalf.
Check that the email address is correct and ask the prescriber to check their junk folder. Review the invitation or relationship status in Prescribers. If the invitation needs resending or the link has expired, contact the pharmacy for assistance.
You can select another active linked prescriber for new orders. Changing the preferred prescriber does not automatically reassign prescriptions on existing orders. Contact the pharmacy about an existing request or a relationship that needs removing.
Yes. The system supports a prescriber having active relationships with multiple clinic accounts. The prescriber can access only the clinic relationships and prescription requests they are authorised to manage.
Yes, subject to account, document and product-access requirements. If you are the purchasing prescriber, you must still complete and sign the required prescription and obtain pharmacy approval.
Placing orders, prescribing and pharmacy review
Sign in to an eligible account, choose the required product and variation, enter the quantity and add it to your basket. If a prescription is optional, choose the appropriate purchase option. Review the basket, complete the checkout information and submit payment.
Look for Prescription-only medicine or Prescription required on the product page. These products cannot be ordered without a prescription. Products with an optional prescription display an Order with a prescription checkbox.
Where the option is available, selecting it orders the product through the prescription workflow. Patient details must be supplied, the assigned prescriber must complete and sign the prescription, and the pharmacy must approve it.
Yes. The option applies to the entire quantity added in that submission. It does not split that quantity into prescribed and non-prescribed units.
The system supports a basket containing both types of products. Prescription requirements apply to the relevant lines, and the order cannot progress through the prescription-release step until all required prescriptions are ready. Delivery arrangements for mixed orders follow the pharmacy’s confirmed policy.
If you are a non-prescribing clinic customer, enter the patient’s first name, surname and date of birth, or select an available saved patient. Allocate the prescription quantities to the correct patients. A purchasing prescriber may also be asked for the remaining patient address and clinical information at checkout.
Yes, where a saved patient is available to your account. Select that record from the patient selector and check the identity before allocating products. You cannot select another account’s unrelated patient records.
Yes. Add or select each patient at checkout and allocate the appropriate prescription quantities to them. Every required prescription quantity must be accounted for.
In the checkout patient-allocation section, add or select each patient and enter the quantity of each prescription product for that patient. The allocations must match the basket quantities exactly; avoid leaving quantities unallocated or assigning more than you purchased.
Yes. An order can contain multiple patient-specific prescriptions. Each required prescription must be completed, signed and approved, with the correct quantities allocated.
Pack quantity is the number of product packs being purchased or supplied. Dose is the amount the prescriber directs the patient to use at each administration. The prescriber completes the dose and other clinical instructions separately.
Contact the pharmacy as soon as possible with your order number and the requested change. Do not assume that updating your account or basket changes an existing order. The pharmacy will confirm whether amendment or cancellation is possible at its current stage.
Prescription orders cannot use the standard Order again action. Place a new order so that the current patient details and prescription requirements can be checked. A non-prescription order may offer Order again where it is eligible.
The assigned approved prescriber completes and signs the digital prescription. A non-prescribing clinic customer can provide patient identification and allocate products, but cannot sign the prescription.
Sign in to the prescriber account, open the Prescriber Dashboard and select Prescription requests. Open the relevant order/request and patient-specific prescription.
Prescription requests appear in the assigned prescriber’s dashboard. The system also supports request and reminder emails. Check the dashboard directly rather than relying solely on email delivery.
Yes, if you hold an approved prescriber account and are the authorised prescriber for the order. Complete the required details and sign through the prescribing dashboard; purchasing the product alone does not submit a signed prescription.
The patient identity and product/quantity allocations saved at checkout are passed into the request. For a clinic purchase, the name and date of birth help the prescriber identify the patient; the remaining required patient and clinical details still need completing and verification.
Complete and verify the remaining patient address details, prescription date and medicine instructions. These include quantity to supply, dose per administration, frequency, route and dosage instructions, plus treatment duration where required. Medicine strength, form and supply unit come from the catalogue and saved prescription. The prescriber’s required account identity must also be complete.
Yes. Select Save draft to store the information entered. A saved draft is not a signed submission and is not pharmacy approval. Return to the request to review, complete and sign it.
Complete the patient and prescription details, then select Save draft. Review the saved prescription in the signing section, type your signer name and select Sign and submit. Address any validation messages shown. Pharmacy review happens after submission.
Check the request status in the dashboard or Prescription Status. A submitted request should show that it is awaiting pharmacy review. Save draft alone does not submit it.
Check that you are using the correct prescriber account and that the clinic relationship is active. Confirm which prescriber was assigned to the order. If the request is still missing, contact the pharmacy with the order number.
Before signing, correct any editable information and save the draft again. If checkout allocations are fixed, details are read-only, or the prescription has already been submitted, contact the clinic or pharmacy to arrange the appropriate correction. Do not sign information you know is incorrect.
Signing submits the prescription for review; it does not approve it. The pharmacy reviews the prescription and can approve it, reject it or request a correction before the order progresses.
The pharmacy reviews the patient, prescriber, medicine and prescribing information and the submitted signature. The system also checks required information and quantity coverage. The pharmacy’s clinical review requirements will be confirmed by the pharmacy team.
Review takes place after a signed prescription has been submitted. We will confirm the usual review timescale here. Check Prescription Status for the current stage and contact the pharmacy if you need an update.
Open My Account → Prescription Status. Prescribers can also check their dashboard’s Prescription requests list and open individual requests to see the current state and review reason.
Order status describes the purchase and fulfilment stage of the whole order. Prescription status describes each prescription’s drafting, submission and pharmacy review. Payment does not mean that the prescription has been approved.
Pending payment means payment is outstanding. Prescription Needed means the required prescription has not yet been completed and submitted. Prescription Approval Needed means pharmacy review is outstanding. Rejected or Correction needed means action is required before resubmission. Processing means the order has progressed to fulfilment. Completed, Cancelled, Refunded and Failed describe the corresponding order outcomes. Draft means a prescription has not yet been signed and submitted; check any rejection or correction message attached to it.
Payment and prescription approval are separate. The order can be paid while the assigned prescriber still needs to complete, sign and submit the required prescription.
The signed prescription is waiting for pharmacy review, or one of several required prescriptions still needs approval. Check the individual prescription statuses for the outstanding action.
The prescriber should read the pharmacy’s correction reason, update the appropriate draft, save the corrections, then sign and submit again. The pharmacy reviews the new submission.
The reason is shown with the affected request in the prescriber list and individual request screen. Open the prescription and read the correction message before editing. Contact the pharmacy if no useful reason is displayed.
The request should show Rejected and the pharmacy’s reason. The prescriber can address the reason through the correction and resubmission process. Rejection does not automatically refund the order.
Yes. The assigned prescriber can correct the draft, save it, review it and sign and submit again. The earlier rejection remains part of the prescription history.
No. Prescription rejection does not automatically cancel or refund the order. Contact the pharmacy if a cancellation or refund is needed.
The whole order remains at the relevant prescription stage until every required prescription and quantity allocation is ready. Check the request list to see which patient-specific prescriptions still need action.
For a newly approved paid order, Processing follows approval of every current required prescription and complete quantity allocation, provided there is no other blocking issue. The final approval triggers the transition; dispensary acceptance is not required for Processing.
The order is held from progressing to prescription fulfilment until its required current prescriptions are signed and approved and its quantity allocations and payment meet the required checks.
The system supports notifications for registration and account decisions, prescriber invitations/relationships, prescription submission and review outcomes, certificate reviews and expiry, plus standard order/payment notifications. Check My Account for the current state if an email is missing; actual delivery depends on the site’s configured email service.
Verification documents and training certificates
Registration requests photo ID, proof of address and current medical insurance, together with the insurance expiry date. Supply any additional professional evidence requested by the pharmacy. Product-specific training certificates are managed separately.
Open My Account → Documents. Use Add another document or the appropriate replacement action, choose the document type and upload the file. Training certificates belong in Certificates & shop access.
JPG, JPEG, PNG and PDF are supported for account documents and training certificates. The upload form shows the current size and file-count limits; follow those limits. Prescription requests use the digital prescribing workflow rather than a PDF prescription upload.
Upload a clear, readable and complete copy showing the relevant identity, address, cover or qualification information. Use the required document type and correct expiry date. The pharmacy will confirm its specific acceptance criteria, including any proof-of-address age limit.
Check the verification status beside the document on My Account → Documents. Account approval and the verification status of an individual document are separate.
The pharmacy may need a clearer, current or more appropriate document. Read the review reason next to the document and provide the requested correction. Contact the pharmacy if the reason is unclear.
Look beside the affected document in My Account → Documents. Certificate reasons appear in Certificates & shop access, and an account-level decision may have a separate reason.
Use the replacement/upload action for the relevant document type and supply the updated evidence. The replacement needs review; uploading it is not automatic approval. An approved insurance expiry cannot simply be typed over—upload a replacement certificate when it changes.
Current required evidence must remain valid. Expired insurance or an expired training entitlement can restrict purchasing. Upload the updated evidence and follow the account’s displayed next action. Contact the pharmacy about other document expiry requirements.
An approved, still-valid insurance document can remain effective while a replacement is reviewed, subject to the account’s other eligibility checks. Do not assume this applies to every document or training certificate; check the displayed access status.
Some categories have pharmacy-configured training requirements. Access is granted only when the purchasing account has approved current evidence for the applicable requirement.
Open My Account → Certificates & shop access. The table lists current requirements, covered categories, certificate status, expiry information and the next action.
Go to My Account → Certificates & shop access, find the relevant requirement and select Upload certificate or Replace certificate. Provide an expiry date when that requirement asks for one.
Yes, where one configured requirement covers several categories. Upload to that requirement; you do not need a separate copy for each category it covers. A different requirement may still need separate evidence.
No. Uploaded evidence is awaiting review until the pharmacy approves it. Purchasing also depends on account approval and the other applicable requirements.
Check the certificate and access columns in Certificates & shop access. The page shows the current status, any review reason, expiry and the next action.
Read the message on the product page. Access can depend on account approval, required documents and category-specific certificates, as well as stock availability. Follow the displayed account or training action; contact the pharmacy if the reason is unclear.
Read the rejection reason in Certificates & shop access, then use the replacement action to upload the requested evidence. The new certificate must be reviewed before it can grant access.
Where the requirement has an expiry, expired access no longer permits purchasing in the affected categories. Upload current evidence for review. Expiry on one requirement does not automatically explain restrictions on unrelated categories.
Yes. Contact the pharmacy and explain which requirement and upload step are causing difficulty. The pharmacy can arrange assistance, including handling evidence through an approved manual process where appropriate.
Payment, invoices and refunds
The payment methods available for your order are displayed at checkout. Use a method supported by the pharmacy; the confirmed card and wallet options will be listed here.
Payment is taken when you place the order, rather than waiting until the prescription is approved. An unsuccessful payment does not establish a captured payment.
Yes. Payment is taken at order placement. A prescription order still needs its required signed prescriptions and pharmacy approval before progressing.
Follow the message shown by the payment provider, check your payment details and try an available method. If the result is unclear or your bank shows a charge, contact the pharmacy before paying again.
Contact the pharmacy with your account email, any order reference and the payment time. Do not send full card details. Ask the team to check the payment and order before submitting another payment.
Open the order in My Account → Orders to view its details. Contact the pharmacy if you need a VAT invoice or receipt that is not available there. The exact invoice/download facility will be confirmed for the live site.
Check the VAT wording shown beside the price and the final basket/checkout breakdown. The pharmacy will confirm whether its published prices are VAT-inclusive or VAT-exclusive before this answer is finalised.
The system can apply a different VAT treatment to qualifying prescription lines when the pharmacy has enabled that rule. Check the displayed price and checkout totals. The pharmacy’s approved VAT treatment and final wording still need confirmation.
The order is not automatically refunded when a prescription is rejected. The prescriber can correct and resubmit, or you can contact the pharmacy about cancellation and any refund that may be due.
Contact the pharmacy with the order number, the relevant items and the reason for the request. The team will confirm what can be cancelled or refunded at the order’s current stage.
Whether delivery charges are refunded depends on the reason for the refund and the pharmacy’s applicable policy. The pharmacy will confirm the delivery-charge policy here.
The pharmacy will confirm its processing timescale and the expected time for the payment provider to return funds. Contact the pharmacy with your order reference if an agreed refund has not arrived within that timescale.
Dispatch, tracking and delivery enquiries
LPG Pharma delivers exclusively to the UK. If you are an international customer please visit lpgclinicswholesale.com. Please note that prescription only items are not available for international delivery.
Available delivery services are displayed at checkout for your address and order. The confirmed carriers and service names will be added here.
Check the delivery charge shown at checkout before placing the order. The pharmacy will confirm its standard charges, any free-delivery threshold and destination surcharges here.
Prescription orders need the required approvals before progressing to fulfilment. Dispatch then follows the pharmacy’s working days, cut-off and product-handling arrangements, which will be confirmed here.
Yes. Waiting for the prescriber or pharmacy review can delay when the order is ready for fulfilment. A paid order is not necessarily ready to dispatch.
Prescription approval is assessed across the order, so every required prescription must be ready before the order progresses. The pharmacy will confirm whether physical deliveries are always sent together or whether any agreed delivery exceptions exist.
Check the order and any dispatch email for tracking information. Contact the pharmacy with your order number if tracking has not been supplied. The live site’s tracking method will be confirmed here.
Contact the pharmacy immediately with the order number and corrected address. Updating your account address does not change an existing order. The team will confirm whether a change is still possible.
The pharmacy will confirm any signature, named-recipient or safe-place restrictions for your delivery service and product type. Ensure someone can receive deliveries that need a recipient.
Special-storage products need the pharmacy’s appropriate packing and delivery arrangements. The pharmacy will confirm its cold-chain service, dispatch restrictions and receiving instructions before this answer is published.
Check the delivered items against your order and follow the manufacturer’s storage instructions. If packaging, temperature-sensitive handling or the contents appear problematic, contact the pharmacy before using the affected product.
Check any tracking information, then contact the pharmacy with your order number and delivery address so the team can investigate. The pharmacy’s reporting timescale and carrier process will be confirmed here.
Contact the pharmacy promptly with your order number and a description of the problem. Keep the packaging and take clear photographs where useful. The pharmacy will confirm the reporting deadline and next steps.
Contact the pharmacy before returning any product. Return eligibility depends on the product and reason; the pharmacy must confirm the applicable medicine, non-medicine and temperature-sensitive product policies. Do not assume an opened or returned medicine can be resupplied.
Use the Contact Us page and provide the order number, product and a clear description of the issue. For damage or incorrect contents, retain the packaging and relevant photographs. The pharmacy will confirm its investigation and reporting process.
Your information and getting help
Account and patient information is subject to access controls, and the prescription system encrypts stored patient identity information. The pharmacy will confirm its current privacy policy, service providers and handling practices.
The system stores patient identity information in encrypted records linked to the relevant purchasing account and prescription workflow. The pharmacy will confirm the purposes, retention periods and privacy information that apply to those records.
Access is restricted by account ownership, active clinic/prescriber relationships, prescription assignment and pharmacy staff permissions. The pharmacy will confirm the authorised operational roles and any service-provider access in its privacy information.
When the dispensary integration is enabled and the required conditions are met, the system can send approved prescription information needed for dispensing. The pharmacy will confirm the service provider, the active connection and the applicable privacy wording before publication.
Contact the pharmacy to request access to or correction of your personal information. Update editable account details through Account Details where appropriate. Signed prescription history is handled separately from editing current profile information.
Contact the pharmacy about account closure or wider deletion requests. The Personal data request page, where available, requests removal of uploaded documents only; it does not delete the account, orders, patient records or prescriptions. The pharmacy will confirm what it can remove and what it must retain.
Contact the pharmacy through Contact Us. Describe the page or action that failed and include your account email or order reference where relevant. Do not include passwords or full payment-card details.
Contact the pharmacy with the order or prescription reference. The pharmacy can help with review and fulfilment queries; clinical prescribing questions may need the responsible prescriber.
Contact the pharmacy or responsible healthcare professional about a suspected medicine problem. The pharmacy will confirm its adverse-reaction reporting instructions and the appropriate urgent-help wording before this answer is published.
Use the Pharmacy Feedback and Complaints page or contact the pharmacy to raise the issue. Include the order reference where relevant and explain what happened. The correct complaints contact, postal address and response timescale need confirming against the current policy.
Contact the pharmacy team for help with your account or order.
